The book “Transferencia, Transnacionalización y Transformación de las Politicas Educativas (1945-2018)” [Transfer, Transnationalization and Transformation of Educational Policies (1945-2018)] edited by Mariano González-Delgado, Manuel Ferraz Lorenzo and Cristian Machado-Trujillo and published, in early June, by the University of Laguna in partnership with FahrenHouse, contains research notes from the researchers of the project “A success story?Portugal and PISA (2000-2015)”, António Teodoro, Elsa Estrela, Teresa Teixeira Lopo and Vítor Rosa.

On May 14 and 15, 2020, the Lusófona University, in Lisbon, hosts the International Congress “A success story? PISA”, large-scale assessments and educational change. The event, organized by the Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Education and Development (CeiED), falls within the activities of the research project “A success story? Portugal and the PISA (2000-2015)” funded by the FCT-Foundation for Science and Technology (PTDC/CED-EDG/30084/2017). More information about the Congress is available here.
Tue Halgreen, a senior analyst at the OECD, that has been managing the development of PISA since 2017, and a former senior advisor on assessment and evaluation policy in the Danish Ministry of Education is confirmed as keynote speaker.
